This company operates nationally and is growing by the day.OBJECTIVESDrive revenue and profit growth through coaching and strategy that are in alignment with the client’s personal, professional, and financial goalsConduct weekly/monthly follow-up with clients to determine the effectiveness of human resources processes and fine-tune the tactics needed to increase engagementWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Professional Development, to develop monthly strategies, quarterly plans, and annual plans for clientsProvide tools to help clients develop and sustain the mission, vision, and core values of their businessCoach clients to effectively hire and integrate new staff membersImplement plans to support clients’ one-on-one meetings and staff meetings in ways that lift engagement and speed developmentDevelop job descriptions for roles within the client’s business, and improve existing descriptions in accordance with best practicesEnsure incentive plans and fair wages are consistent in each business by creating, reviewing, and modifying plansEstablish a consistent performance management system with the necessary performance improvement documents to support the processCoach clients on leadership and team developmentGuide and advise on termination processes and strategiesBe responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with the Cardone Ventures Operations Team to improve all systems and processes that drive the success of the businessCOMPETENCIESDemonstration of an understanding of all aspects of a client’s business (revenue, profitability, profit margin, and primary initiatives for the quarter)Embodiment of a high level of human resources literacy regarding performance, vision, goals, culture, and leadershipAbility to coach clients on best practices for the employee life cycle (hiring, performance management, and termination) in order to achieve business objectivesAbility to outline performance objectives and competencies for job descriptions that attract top talent and align with the client’s Employee Maturity ModelAbility to make human resources recommendations that will move the client’s business forwardIncorporation of Cardone Ventures’ business philosophies and best practices when guiding clientsConsideration of the business’s priorities when making decisions or analyzing the costs and benefits of various resources planning solutionsAbility to achieve and maintain client trust and buy-in of human resources strategiesAbility to hold clients accountable for actionable steps through effective relationship building, leadership, and influenceAbility to speak clearly and be easily understood, ability to maintain eye contact when speaking with others, and ability to summarize or paraphrase to verify understandingAbility to exercise confidentiality as it relates to all business and client informationEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in human resources or related area of study, or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of work experience in human resources or related fieldProficient knowledge of G Suite (Google Slides and Google Docs) and Microsoft Office productsProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerThis position will require travel: up to 5%COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYAs an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, Cardone Ventures recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
