Human Resource Generalist in Lugera Ukraine

Swiss multinational corporation with production facilities in many countries, including Ukraine . One of the world leaders in the production of insulating materials for the electrical engineering industry is inviting aHR Generalist to its team.

The company is located in the city of Malyn (100 km from Kyiv). 

Main duties:

• Development and implementation of strategies for the development of human resources management, in accordance with the strategic goals of the company;
• Organization of the process of recruitment and selection of personnel at all levels, ensuring compliance of procedures with legal requirements;
• Development of tools for personnel evaluation and development, improvement of efficiency team work;
• Implementation of programs for motivation and retention of key personnel, creation of a favorable working environment;
• Management negotiations, resolution of conflict situations in the field of labor relations

Requirements:< /strong>

• Experience in the field of human resources management from 3 years, including management positions.
• High communication skills;
• Deep understanding of labor legislation, experience in solving legal issues;
• High level of analytical abilities, strategic thinking, ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
• English - B2;
