We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Coordinator to support employees in Ukraine and Georgia. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding, ensuring payroll accuracy, advising managers, and implementing global People & Culture initiatives. The HR Coordinator will act as a bridge between employees and the global People & Culture team, ensuring smooth and compliant HR operations while fostering a strong remote working culture. You would report to Country Director and in matrix to Director, People & Culture.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, and exit procedures.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies in both Ukraine and Georgia.Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.Provide HR support to employees and managers on employment-related matters, policies, and best practices.Implement and adapt global HR tools and processes to fit local needs, including talent management, performance reviews, and employee development programs.Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and disputes professionally and in compliance with labor laws.Maintain and update HR documentation, records, and contracts.Facilitate employee engagement and well-being initiatives to strengthen remote team cohesion.Organize and oversee site-specific administrative tasks, including office events and vendor management.Serve as the local HR point of contact while coordinating with the global People & Culture team.Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in HR coordination, payroll administration, and employee relations.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations in Ukraine and Georgia.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with payroll systems is beneficial.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with employees and management.High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.Ability to foster a strong remote working culture and engage employees across multiple locations.Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.If you have a passion for HR and are looking to take the next step in your career, we encoUrage you to Apply for the HR Coordinator Position.
