This role involves maintaining and enhancing our HubSpot CMS, both for our current website but mainly for a new project that has the potential to be a very large, exciting project. Your goall will be to ensure seamless integration with our marketing strategies, sales process and website optimzation for maximum impact in terms of SEO and lead generation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain HubSpot CMS templates, modules, and custom code to support marketing initiatives.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to implement new features and improve user experience.Ensure website performance, security, and scalability by implementing best practices in HubSpot CMS development.Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize website performance and conversion rates.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot CMS and integrations.Stay current with HubSpot CMS updates and features to leverage new capabilities and improve our marketing efforts.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HubSpot CMS with other marketing and sales tools.Qualifications & Experience3+ years of experience in HubSpot CMS development or a similar role.Strong knowledge of HubSpot CMS, including templates, modules, and custom code development.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.Experience with HubSpot API and integrations with third-party tools.Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work remotely with a dynamic, growing company.Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.If you are a skilled HubSpot CMS Developer with a passion for marketing and a drive for success, we want to hear from you!
