For our client, a manufacturer of metal-plastic windows, a leader in its segment, we are looking for an HR manager.
Subordination to HRD, Brovary location.
Main duties connections:
Development of personnel and corporate culture:
Development and implementation of employee development programs aimed at increasing their professional and personal competencies.
Formation and support of a positive corporate culture, which promotes the involvement and motivation of employees.
Building an adaptation system:
Creation and implementation of effective onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring their rapid integration into the team and understanding of corporate values.
Evaluation of personnel:
Conducting regular evaluations of employee performance, analysis of results and provision recommendations for further development.
Education and training:
Determination of training needs, organization and conduct of internal and external trainings, seminars and other educational events.< /p>
Management of the learning system (LMS), control over its content and effectiveness of use.
Management of the knowledge base (People Force), will be a plus:
Filling and updating the knowledge base company, providing employees with access to the necessary information and resources.
Writing articles:
Preparation of informational and educational materials, articles for internal and external communications aimed at raising awareness and staff development.
Requirements for the candidate:
2 years of experience in a similar position.
Deep understanding of HR -processes, knowledge of modern assessment methods and staff training.
Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and build effective working relationships.
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge bases (eg People Force) .
