Open position HRG (without HR management).
Building hr-function "from scratch".
Work in the middle of the team:
- organization of personnel training;
- work with efficiency;
- control of compliance with internal policies;
- development and implementation of HR processes with the aim of ensuring employee satisfaction, loyalty and involvement ;
- full cycle of recruiting, but it is not enough (4-5 vacancies per quarter).
Portrait of the candidate:
- high communication skills: the ability to identify the real needs of the staff, convey your opinion and position, the ability to build a productive dialogue;
- a positive attitude and a sense of humor (yes, it is not easy now, but possible :-));
- leadership qualities and the ability to inspire;
- maturity and inner core;
- organizational abilities;
- understanding basic HR processes and a broad outlook in the field of personnel management;
*experience in the energy sector will be an advantage
From the company:
- professional environment that gives the opportunity to implement own initiatives;
- full-time employment, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
- salary - 30,000-35,000 for a trial period , 35,000-40,000 after + medical insurance, corporate communication, monthly training.
