What will you do:

• Adaptation (onboarding) of employees;
• Coordination of key HR processes (probation period/performance review, l&d, KPIs, assessment, termination);
• Close work with leaders/heads and support in issues related to people management and their involvement;

• Monitoring the time-off process (vacation, sick days);
• Participation in building the HR brand.

What is important to us:

• From one and a half years of experience in the position of HRD;
• We are looking for a specialist with experience related to marketing;
• Experience with CRM/ATS systems;
• Effective communication skills;
• Organizational skills (planning and prioritization);
• Adaptability and innovation;
• Development personnel;
• Desire to implement your ideas and best HR practices;
• English language level - Intermediate.
