HRD, HR Director in AGroup

We are looking for an active, organized, open HRD to join our team (Zhytomyr)

Our team, built on the principles of trust and openness, is looking forward to a new player! Yes, we continue to develop even in such unpredictable times!

Our HRD will:

• form the HR Department and the network organizational structure of the company (300 people);
• organize, systematize and carry out work at all stages of the "life cycle of an employee": from - search to retirement;
• coordinate work on personnel accounting (there is a personnel officer); 
• carry out measures to increase the effectiveness of communication: building a single information field, collecting feedback, eNPS, conflict prevention, etc.;
• strengthen and develop corporate culture, organize corporate vacations, holidays ;
• to create and implement HR strategies;
• to work with the current team, analysis and understanding of what "pains" for whom and how it is possible heal;
• develop the employer brand.

Our candidate:

• has organizational skills and a structured approach to work;
• knows the basics of HR budgeting and strategic planning of activities; 
• has successful work experience in HR; 
• will kindly provide contacts for references from former colleagues or employers.
