We are looking for ourHRD/HR business partner (with promotion to operations director).
Department structure: retail network recruiter, trainer.
Requirements:
- HRD experience. HRBP in a retail network from 2 years
- Successful experience in change management, (re-)forming of departments, management of efficiency growth at the level of an employee, department, operating model
- Successful experience in recruiting staff Management of metrics and mass recruitment strategy and own skills of finding and evaluating candidates for unique and key vacancies
- Experience in creating development plans and building employee careers
- Knowledge and extensive experience in using analytics tools and work with data in HR and management.
- Planning (of your work, department, projects in cross-section - year, quarter, month, week, day) is one of the centers of your activity.
- Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to work. Ability to structure ideas, launch new processes, improve their efficiency and systematically control their implementation and effectiveness.
Tasks:
- Analysis and evaluation of the company's organizational structure (retail network + office).
- Analysis of operational efficiency and audit of the HR function.
- Development of proposals for increasing efficiency
- Development of HR tools and their practical implementation
- Daily analysis of business indicators of the retail network. Identification of systemic and unique deviations due to factors of people's performance and motivation.
- Investigation of quality and efficiency of hiring, causes of turnover and development of an employee life journey tool in a retail chain.
- Recruitment planning based on a combination of factors actual vacancies, development plans of the bodyizational structure of the retail network for 2-3 years, the life path of the employee, needs in the season and off-season. Formation of the personnel reserve.
- Analysis of the salary level market. Formation of proposals for the effective use of the fund s.p.
- Creation of job profiles. Search and selection of personnel for key positions
- Collection and preparation of documents for registration by the HR manager.
- Development of the process and control of the effectiveness of the adaptation of employees of the retail network. Conducting adaptation for office employees.
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of training newcomers in the retail network. Assessment of development needs and training planning in the company.
- Regular employee surveys and analysis of satisfaction and loyalty. Holding one-to-one meetings. Preparation of solutions to increase staff satisfaction and loyalty. Development of an intangible motivation program. Organization of corporate holidays and birthday greetings to employees. material motivation.
