  • 5+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture / Organizational Development or related areas

  • Minimum 2 years in a managerial role

  • Experience working with leadership / management teams

  • Practical experience:

    • building HR / P&C strategies

    • change management

    • development of corporate culture

    • talent management, succession planning, performance management

  • Experience in international companies and/or production / agricultural structures - advantage

  • Education

    • Higher education (management, psychology, social sciences)

    • Additional professional education or certifications (Hogan, DISC, coaching, OD) - plus

    Skills and knowledge

    • English language - B2 or higher (required)

    • Strategic HRM

    • Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine

      Responsibilities
      • Formation and implementation of the People & Culture strategy in accordance with the company's business strategy

      • Leadership of the P&C function:

        • team development (3 direct reports)

        • distribution roles

        • increasing the maturity of HR processes

      • Building a culture of leadership, involvement, responsibility and cross-functional cooperation

      • Management of key HR processes:

      • recruitment

      • talent & succession management

      • performance management

    • Support of organizational changes and transformations (change management)

    • Work with topics:

      • employee welfare

      • psychological safety

      • veteran support

    • Advisory role to the Executive / Management Board on people, culture and organizational solutions
