International company Goodvalley is looking for a strong Head of People & Culture. In our company, this strategic role is responsible for the formation and implementation of the People & Culture strategy in accordance with the company's business goals. The position involves the leadership of the HR function, the development of a culture of leadership, involvement and cross-functional cooperation. 5+ years of experience in HR / People & Culture / Organizational Development or related areas
Minimum 2 years in a managerial role
Experience working with leadership / management teams
Practical experience:
building HR / P&C strategies
change management
development of corporate culture
talent management, succession planning, performance management
Experience in international companies and/or production / agricultural structures - advantage
Education
Higher education (management, psychology, social sciences)
Additional professional education or certifications (Hogan, DISC, coaching, OD) - plus
Skills and knowledge
English language - B2 or higher (required)
