Directions of activity and areas of responsibility

The HR director will manage five key areas:

1. Recruiting:

• Development and implementation of effective candidate search and attraction strategies.

2. HR processes and functions:

• Onboarding, adaptation, offboarding.
• Ensuring quality performance of all HR functions and supporting employees at all stages of their life cycle in the company.

• Conducting surveys and employee satisfaction assessments, analyzing the results and developing measures to improve working conditions and climate in the company.

3. HR analytics:

• Conducting HR analytics and statistics, monitoring key HR metrics.

• Using data to make informed decisions and optimize HR processes.

4. HR branding:

• Management of internal and external communications, including events, social networks and internal benefits systems.

• Development and implementation of strategies to strengthen the company's HR brand.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in the position of HRD/HR manager/HR people partner;
• Deep knowledge and experience in the field of recruiting, HR processes
• Knowledge and understanding of modern HR trends and practices and experience in their implementation;

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
