Together, we will build an innovative HR strategy, shape the employer brand and provide the company with the best talent to achieve business goals. - To modernize and improve the recruitment and selection system at all levels of the company. - To carry out management and control of the wage fund (FOP) and the working time fund (FRF). - Develop and implement an effective onboarding and adaptation process for employees of all categories. - Create a system of training, attestation, evaluation and development of personnel, which will ensure a high-quality personnel reserve for business. - Assist department heads in improving the efficiency of teams and processes, update, re-launch, adapt and maintain the motivation system in accordance with the company's tasks and market challenges. - Organize systematic measures to create a positive working atmosphere, increase motivation and involvement of employees, which will contribute to strengthening the employer's brand. - Ensure coordinated work of internal communications at all levels of the company. - Implement HR analytics with control of key function performance indicators. - Form and control the execution of the HR budget. - Develop and administer an internal document flow and communications system with a focus on "Paperless". - Monitor current trends and innovations in the labor market and implement them in the company's activities. - Periodically visit sales points, distribution centers (RC) and the office in Chernihiv to interact with colleagues and subordinates (one-day business trips).
