What will you do?:
- HR team management Organization and coordination of team activities, assignment of tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality of task performance, development of team skills and workload management;
- Strategic planning. Development and implementation of HR strategy, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and helping to achieve business goals;
- Management and development of employee retention programs: Organization of training programs, corporate events, development and implementation of a motivation system;
- Collection and analysis of personnel data: monitoring and analysis of indicators related to hiring, retention and employee satisfaction, decision-making based on the received data;
- Participation in hiring: working closely with the recruiting team to create the most suitable employee profile and participating in the training preparation process;
- Conflict resolution: effective resolution of team conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work atmosphere;
- Collaboration with other departments: interaction with management and other departments to work together to achieve corporate goals.
You are our ideal candidate if:
- More than 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/HRD;
- Excellent business operations and understanding processes;
- Good knowledge of labor law;
- Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence key executives and stakeholders for recommendations and coordination;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Strong communication, organizational, facilitation and consulting skills;
- Upper-Intermediate written English.
