You have experience in developing and implementing personnel efficiency indicators

You will face the following tasks:
Be a leader and coordinator: think up, plan, approve, allocate tasks, implement, analyze - we'll help, but you're in charge!
Managing and organizing the work of the HR department
Audit, development and implementation of HR processes
Analysis and optimization of HR processes in accordance with the general corporate norms of companies and legislation
Development and implementation of motivational programs for personnel
Training and staff development
Coordination of the process of admission and adaptation of new employees
Carrying out candidate engagement and staff retention activities
Control of personnel documentation in accordance with legislation and corporate standards
Supporting global and local HR projects and initiatives
HR marketing (labor market monitoring, correct positioning of Companies as attractive employers, informing the target audience about job opportunities, support and development of a positive image of Companies)
Help in creating employer brand at the local level
Control and coordination of the implementation of annual plans and goals in teams
Participation in creating and initiating a timely change in the system of remuneration, employee motivation
Building effective communications within the Company
Maintaining a comfortable psychological atmosphere in the team
Building a release system
Control of the state of labor discipline
Creation of corporate culture
Creating a KPI system
