• Development of the HR team: selection, training, system of KPIs and regular results;
• System training and development of employees;
• Formation of an effective system of motivation, evaluation and development of employees.

• Implementation of HR analytics and planning;
• Labor market monitoring and timely implementation of changes;
• Support of company scaling through the systematization of recruitment and adaptation processes.

This position is exactly for you if:

• HRD experience from 2 years.
• Practical experience in building or transforming HR systems (recruitment, motivation, development, retention).
• Experience in forming and maintaining corporate culture and employer brand;
• Owning modern methods of training, adaptation and personnel evaluation;
• Ability to work in intensive and multitasking mode;
• Ability to advocate for changes aimed at achieving effective team work, willingness to take responsibility for results and be an active participant in processes, find a common language with various stakeholders;
• Knowledge of the principles of planning and HR budget management, development and KPI calculation.
