Hello! ContactISTO — Ukrainian design and architecture studio.
We create unique projects in Ukraine, UAE and Europe, developing Ukrainian business on the international market. We are currently looking for HRD, which will help to form a dream team and increase the efficiency of our processes.
What will be included in your duties?
Development and implementation of an HR strategy that meets the studio's business goals.
Control and improvement of the recruiting system: attraction and adaptation of talents.
Optimization of business processes, including the creation of structured policies and procedures.
Development of a corporate culture that unites the team around common values.
Development and implementation of talent development programs (training, mentoring, career development maps).
Implementation and support of performance management systems (KPI).
Conducting regular team satisfaction assessments and implementing initiatives to improve working conditions.
Organization of events to strengthen the team (team-building, workshops, festive events).
Employer brand creation and support.
What do we expect from you?
Experience in HR at least 5 years.
Deep knowledge in personnel management, recruiting, training and performance evaluation.
Practical experience of implementing HR systems (performance evaluation, career development maps).
Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, generate reports and implement improvements.
Owning modern tools for HR management (ATS, etc.).
Ability to build trusting relationships with the team, resolve conflicts and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Proactivity, responsibility and desire to develop Ukrainian business.
