Tasks:

• Management of the full cycle of HR processes at the enterprise
• Improving the recruiting process at the enterprise (searching for new personnel search channels, interaction with educational institutions, independent participation in closing key vacancies, etc.);
• Update and support of the employee adaptation system;
• Development and implementation of projects regarding improving the efficiency/effectiveness of employees and business processes of the enterprise;
• Update and organization of the system of training, evaluation and development of employees, the system of working with a personnel reserve;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the current organizational structure of the enterprise and development of proposals for its change;
• Efficiency analysis, development and implementation of personnel motivation systems (material and immaterial);
• Market monitoring labor;
• Development of corporate culture of the enterprise and organization of corporate events
• Interaction with heads of departments and their coordination on issues of HR processes, assessment of moral and psychological atmosphere in departments;
• li>Automation of key HR processes;
• Development of policies and procedures regulating HR processes of the enterprise;
• Planning and analysis of the use of the HR budget division

Expectations from the candidate:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in the position of HR director or head of the HR department< /li>
• Understanding of all HR processes
• Flexibility in communications
• Initiative and creative approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical skills, abilities analyze, argue your point of view, forecast risks using analytics and numbers
• Ability to work in multitasking mode
