We are looking for HRBP to become a key partner business and will head the HR department in three countries.

Main responsibilities:< /strong>
- Development of corporate culture: Development and implementation of a corporate culture strategy aimed at forming a positive microclimate and increase employee engagement.
- Evaluation of performance: Conducting regular evaluation of employee performance and professional skills of department heads to ensure high work standards.

- Education and development: Organization and conduct of educational events, trainings and corporate events for professional development and staff development.
- < strong style="font-weight: bolder">Assessment of the microclimate:
Analysis of the state of the microclimate in the team and implementation of measures to improve it. - Personnel reserve: Formation and development of personnel reserve to ensure sustainable development of the company.
- Description of processes and support of managers: Development and improvement of processes, providing assistance to managers in their adjustment and optimization.
- Working with conflicts: Managing conflicts in the team, providing support in their resolution.
- External PR: Support of the employer's image, development of the company's external PR.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Ability to form and implement a culture of honesty, empathy for people and customer orientation.
- Experience in the position of HR manager or HRBP from 3 years.
- Experience work in international companies with the management of several branches will be an advantage.
- Experience in creating a performance evaluation system and personnel reserve.
- Development skills and training managers of various levels.
- Ability to think strategically and form an HR strategy.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of modern methods of personnel evaluation, performance management and building a personnel reserve.
