Requirements:
- Well-organized and stress-resistant
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Openness to feedback and willingness to learn
- High level of motivation and responsibility
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Confident PC user: MS Office (Excel), internet navigation
- Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting and sourcing new candidates
- Conducting interviews and onboarding/orientation for new hires
- Collecting, checking, and maintaining required documentation
- Effective communication and timely follow-ups with candidates
- Building and maintaining positive business relationships
- Maintaining and updating the internal database
- Multitasking between incoming phone calls and email correspondence
