You will beresponsible for developing and implementingHR programs and strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and contribute toits overall success.Headcount: 100+tech/non-tech specialists (Front/Back/QA/DevOps/PM and others).Responsibilities —Lead HRteam (3employees)— recruit, onboard, evaluate, motivate your team—Provide strategicHR guidance and support toassigned business partners, including leadership teams and managers—Develop and implementHR programs and initiatives aligned with business needs and goals (e.g., Performance Review/PDPs, 1-on-1s meetings, Training and professional development, Employee Retention)—Partner with business leaders onperformance management, succession planning and other HR-related matters—Analyze HRdata and metrics toidentify trends and areas for improvement—Develop and implement effective communication strategies tokeep employees informed and engaged—Represent theHR function oncross-functional teams and committees—Coach and mentor juniorHR professionals and provide guidance onprofessional development opportunities—Stay up-to-date oncurrentHR trends and best practicesRecruitment isnot apart ofHR responsibilities (wehave aRecruitment team that isfocused onfinding and hiring the best candidates).Priorities for the first 3months—Audit all HR-related documentation, including policies and procedures—Conduct acomprehensive analysis ofall HR-related processes throughout the company—Restructure and upgrade keyHR processes including but not limited toonboarding and offboarding, performance and probation reviews, internal promotions, 1-on-1 meetings approach, salary managementRequirements —5+years ofHR experience, atleast 2years ofleadership experience inIT company (orbeing responsible for ITDepartment)—Experience working for acompany with HC100+ employees—ABachelor’s degree inpsychology isanadvantage—Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish, fluency inUkrainian orRussian—Experience inhandling complex and sensitive situations (for instance, conflict resolution, crisis management)—Experience developing and implementingHR policies, manuals, and procedures—Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience increating and monitoring keyHR metrics (e.g., performance, engagement, retention)—Ability tomanage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively inafast-paced environment—Strong understanding ofHR technology and experience with relevantHR systems and toolsWeoffer —Opportunity tomake areal impact onthe employee experience and the company’s success—Work with atalented and passionate team inadynamic environment—Autonomy, flexibility and freedom inyour work—Remote workHiring steps CVscreening— Recruitment interview— Test Task (optional)— Tech interview— Final Interview— Job offer— Welcome onboard
