Company "Level furniture" is a successful furniture manufacturer with more than 10 years of market experience (50 employees). We are constantly expanding our team, so we are looking for a professional for the position of HR specialist.

Tasks:

- Active search for personnel

- Orientation and coordination of the general state of the team and each employee personally

- Development and implementation of professional development programs for employees

- Interaction with the company management on issues of improving personnel efficiency

- Conducting analysis of training and development needs of personnel

- Development of personnel management system documentation (organizational structure, standards, job instructions, etc.)

Requirements:

- Experience in HR from 2 years

- Higher education in the field of psychology, HR or a related field

- Skills of conducting trainings and personnel development

- High communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
