We are actively expanding and are looking for a talented HR specialist to join our Kyiv team, who will help us find the best professionals and build a strong corporate culture.

Tasks:

• Recruiting: a full cycle of searching and selecting personnel for various positions.

• Interviewing: organization and conducting of interviews (especially in English language).

• Corporate culture: support and development of the company's internal environment, organization of events.

• HR administration: maintaining the necessary personnel documentation.

• Interaction: advising department heads on issues of people management and adaptation of newcomers.

Requirements:

• High level of English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced) is a must.

• Deep understanding of modern methods of evaluating and selecting candidates.

• High level of responsibility, organization and empathy.

• Ability to work in a team and build trusting relationships.
