We are looking for an HR Specialist (the only one) who will help build a strong team, implement effective HR processes, keep personnel records and develop corporate culture. Main duties: 🔹 Personnel administration, personnel accounting and support of the employee base. Preparation of reports and HR analytics for management. Development and updating of internal policies in accordance with the requirements of the organization. 🔹 Recruiting and adaptation Search and selection of personnel (creating vacancies, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates). Organization of onboarding and adaptation of new employees. 🔹 HR processes and corporate culture Development and implementation of programs for motivation, performance evaluation and team development. Conducting internal surveys and analyzing the level of employee satisfaction. Formation of corporate culture and support of team spirit. 🔹 Training and development Organization of trainings, seminars and development programs personnel. Consultation of employees on HR issues and team support. 🔹 Strategic HR projects Participation in the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Implementation of new tools for increasing the efficiency of the team. Key requirements: ✔ Experience: 3+ years in the position of HR manager. ✔ Education: Personnel management✔ HR expertise: Implementation of HR processes (recruiting, adaptation, training, motivation).✔ Knowledge of legislation: Labor law of Ukraine and personnel administration.✔ Soft skills: High level of communication, emotional intelligence, analytical and organizational skills.✔ Technologies: Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace, HRM systems. ✔ Languages: Fluency in Ukrainian, English is desirable.
