A little information about us: We are engaged in real estate development in Estonia, starting with the purchase of land, design, construction (apartment and townhouses), and ending with the sale and marketing. Our office and core team work in Estonia, but we plan to recruit additional staff for remote work in Ukraine and other CIS countries. We are looking for a proactive person with experience in a HR environment, ideally if you have experience working in a company real estate development. The main requirements for an HR specialist/recruiter: proficiency in Russian and English, the ability to independently lead projects for the search and hiring of employees, as well as to develop and coordinate ideas for improving the work of the team.
