The main task of the position is to ensure a quality process of personnel development. Support of corporate cultures and internal communication

Responsibilities: 

1. Conducting regular surveys to identify training and development needs.
2. Creation of training and development plans depending on the category of employees.
3. Development of corporate training and development programs.
4. Organization of training: Search and involvement of trainers; organization and conduct of training events, monitoring of training effectiveness.
5. Analysis of training results and making changes to programs if necessary.
6. Promoting the development of a positive atmosphere in the team and supporting corporate culture.
7. Organization of team-building events.
8. Supporting employees in the process of adaptation.
9. Point help to colleagues in other projects.
10. Tasks from the direct manager .

Additional duties:

1. Provide mailings from the department with general information for staff
< li style="font-weight: 400">Internal communication on the implementation of corporate culture

Requirements:  

• Higher education in the field personnel management, business administration or related fields
• At least 3 years in a relevant field
• Experience in organizing trainings
• Experience in purchasing educational services
• Communication and presentation skills: for effective communication with different categories of employees
• Organizational abilities
• Stress resistance
• Multitasking
• Creativity
• Confident PC user
• Strict observance of confidentiality of personal data of employees
• Ukrainian language - fluency
• Knowledge of the English language will be a plus
