We invite you to join the team for the position of HR specialist in Khmelnytskyi office.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and implementation of corporate HR projects;
• Search and selection of personnel, including production;
• Support of the process of adaptation of employees;
• Analysis of the labor market; 
• Preparation and analysis of HR reporting;
• Support and formation of a culture of positive HR branding;
• Implementation of corporate events aimed at supporting mobilized employees.

Desired experience:

• Experience in HR processes;
• Knowledge of 1C 8.0 personnel;
• Knowledge of labor legislation;
• Skills in managing personnel administration in automated systems;
• Skills in independent management of personnel records;
• High level of self-organization and proactive life position.
