HR specialist in Promotion

 Your main tasks:

• Full cycle of personnel administration (admission, transfer, dismissal of employees); 
• Maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards, work books; 
• Registration and control of all types of vacations; 
• Working with temporary disability leaves; 
• Preparation of personnel reporting (internal and for state bodies); 
• Calculation of work experience, preparation of certificates, maintenance of preferential pensions; 
• Archiving of personnel documentation; 
• Consulting employees on labor legislation. 

 Our ideal candidate:

• Has a university degree; 
• Has 2 years of experience in personnel administration; 
• Confidently navigates the Labor Code of Ukraine and labor legislation; 
• Has experience working with variable schedules (will be an advantage); 
• Works confidently with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (BAS, BAF or similar); 
• Attentive to details, responsible and able to work with a large amount of information; 
• Open to learning and professional development.
