Your main tasks:
- Full cycle of personnel administration (admission, transfer, dismissal of employees);
- Maintenance of personal files, P-2 cards, work books;
- Registration and control of all types of vacations;
- Working with temporary disability leaves;
- Preparation of personnel reporting (internal and for state bodies);
- Calculation of work experience, preparation of certificates, maintenance of preferential pensions;
- Archiving of personnel documentation;
- Consulting employees on labor legislation.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has a university degree;
- Has 2 years of experience in personnel administration;
- Confidently navigates the Labor Code of Ukraine and labor legislation;
- Has experience working with variable schedules (will be an advantage);
- Works confidently with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems (BAS, BAF or similar);
- Attentive to details, responsible and able to work with a large amount of information;
- Open to learning and professional development.
