Our recruiting agency is looking for an HR Specialist for our client - a full-cycle Ukrainian production and research company that creates modern high-tech products.

In connection with the expansion of the team, the company invites the cooperation of HR Specialist who will be responsible for HR processes in production and personnel support.

 Main duties:

• Full HR support of production personnel: from the adaptation of newcomers to daily support of employees.

• Administration of HR documentation and work with personnel accounting (in cooperation with accounting/HR).

• Participation in the selection and onboarding of production workers.

• Control of attendance, shift schedules, vacations and sick days.

• Organization of communications between production and management.

• Participation in the formation and implementation of policies, procedures and HR-initiative.

• Organization of corporate events, support of team spirit.

• Monitoring of the climate in production and participation in resolving conflict situations.

 Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HR Generalist / HR Specialist from 2 years (preferably in manufacturing companies).

• Knowledge of labor legislation and HR processes.

• Experience in maintaining HR documentation and working with personnel accounting.

• Practical skills in organizing adaptation, communications and employee support.

• Excellent communication skills, stress resistance, ability to work with a large by staff.
