Your future tasks:

• Maintain and improve HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle;
• Ensure the relevance of HR systems;
• Join HR initiatives, help implement changes;
• Participate in the process of hiring non-technical specialists.

What will you need?

• 1+ year of experience in HR or related field, and a strong desire to develop your HR expertise;
• Intermediate or higher level of English;
• Analytical thinking and strong communication skills;
• Proactive approach to work and orientation to result;
• The ability to work successfully both independently and in a team.
