Your tasks:

• Full conducting personnel records (admission, transfer, dismissal).
• Preparation of orders, management of personal affairs and labor books.
• Maintenance of vacation schedules, preparation of references and personnel reports.
• Consultative support of managers and employees on issues of labor relations.
• Maintenance of time tables, preparation of data for accrual salaries.
• Working in 1C and M.E.Doc, creating reports and messages.
• Cooperation with the financial department, compliance with the SOP and internal policies of the company.

It is important for us:

• Experience in a similar position of from 1 year.
• Knowledge of KZPU, tracking changes in labor legislation.
• Possession effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Proficient in office applications.
• Attention to details, responsibility, organization
