A manufacturing company invites a Personnel inspector to join its team in Uzhhorod. 

Functional responsibilities:

• Maintenance of personnel document flow for employees;
• Regulation of hiring, transfers and dismissals of employees in accordance with labor legislation;< /li> , staff rosters, etc.);
• Accounting of employee vacations, control over the preparation and observance of the vacation schedule;
• Maintenance of the archive of personal files, after the expiration of the established periods of current storage, preparation of documents for submission to the state archive.
• Preparation of reports on work with personnel;
• Maintenance of military records;
• Issue of leaves of incapacity for work, maintenance of personnel time sheets;
• Acquaintance of employees with orders on recruitment, transfer, transfer, dismissal, etc.
• Control and accounting of violations of labor discipline and public order
• Maintenance of the Company's staff list and changes to it;

• Search and selection of personnel for vacant positions;
• Support of all stages of personnel selection;
• Organization of exit of job candidates;
• Organization of employee training.

Our candidate has : 

• University degree;
• Experience in personnel administration for at least 2 years;
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine;
• Ability to work with large volumes of information;
• Practical skills of providing personnel administration in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine, forming appropriate personnel reporting;
• Confidential mastery 1C: ZUP, Excel, Word, M.E.Doc;
• Experience in military accounting - will be an advantage;
• High level responsibleabilities, attention to details.
