We are currently looking for a talented and proactive HR Specialist!
What we expect from candidate:
Hard skills:
- 3+ years of work experience with the full cycle of HR processes, personnel life cycle management;
- successful implementation experience and/ or optimization of HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance management, training and development etc);
- experience of effective interaction with the team and maintenance staff, conducting 1to1, identifying risks and developing plans to minimize them;
- experience with HR analytics and metrics, ability to digitize the results of your work;
- ability to work with HRM systems and reporting (Excel, 1C, MC Office);
- Intermediate English;
- higher education (preferably in the field of psychology, sociology, personnel management), specialized HR courses (+ certification) will also be an advantage.

1. Interaction with middle and senior management of the business unit of the established team.
2. Management of the life cycle of specialists of an established team:
- updating job profiles;
- support in the process of attracting talent;< /li>
- onboarding/offboarding of specialists;
- conducting reviews after the adaptation period, involvement in the process of planning and performance evaluation;
- participation in the creation of PDP, support for further development of specialists;< br/>holding 1:1 (regular monitoring of mood, satisfaction and engagement of TL/ST);
- working with retention;
- communication of innovations;
- participation in analytics and decision-making;
- developmentand actualization of organizational structures.
3. Consulting and support of line managers on HR practices and tools.
4. Determining the training needs of the established team.
5. Assessment of risks by specialists, information on them and provision of solution options.
6. Analysis of embedded team engagement and suggestions for improvements.
7. Coordination of HR analytics.
8. Creation and optimization of HR processes.
9. Work with HRIS.
10. Participation in internal personnel management projects.
11. Mentoring, mentoring for Intern, Junior level specialists.
