Braun Group we are searching candidates to be employed in the position of “HR Services Specialist – Personnel Administration and Payroll (Poland)” in the new HR Shared Service Center in Poznań, Poland. In this role you will be a part of B. Braun’s Human Resources Shared Service Center organization for EMEA, and provide support to our Polish and eventually other EMEA customers. The HR Services Specialist - Personnel Administration and Payroll (Poland) solves queries which require specific HR knowledge and higher degree of policy interpretation. They focus on compliant administrational / transactional tasks and processes in the Workforce Admin and (pre-/post-) Payroll HR functional areas. All Key Tasks and Responsibilities are delivered on the SSC scope level. Duties and responsibilities Operational excellence - Promotes efficient and effective delivery of specific process (e.g. contract administration, data administration, HR/HCM system maintenance, executing of payroll-related tasks, including pre- and post- payroll activities) by solving complex inquiries that require specific HR knowledge and / or higher degree of policy interpretation, Provides timely, accurate and value-adding answers to complex HR-related local or global queries from employees and business managers, Ensures contact with Strategic / Regional Experts to develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the designated processes and policies for the countries / business stream / globally covered, Responsible for staying current on country regulations pertaining to WFA (personnel administration and payroll) processes and communicating pertaining requirements to Teamlead WFA, Responsible for handling the PA and PY processes including but not limited to: maintaining employee data and files according to country regulations, and preparation/creation of documents and templates, preparation and maintenance of PY-relevant data, Manages data related processes and reviews documentation regarding but not limited to: transfers, offboarding, change requests, job/work changes, leave of absence, end of assignments, terminations, payments, Performs ad hoc reporting as needed (in cooperation with Global Reporting Team), Delivers country-specific / business stream / global specific training to front office, Shares information with relevant colleagues (e.g. Front Office, Teamlead) Interprets policy and solves problems, Supports training of new agents, may coach and mentor junior agents, Projects / Initiatives / Programs - Supports HR projects within the SSC, for example, identifying past trends in the SSC in order to recommend improvements / supports in continuous improvement, Proactively involved in cross-departmental teams and projects. Professional competencies Bachelor’s degree required, 2+ years (for regular position) or 4+ years (for senior position) of HR experience required in Personnel Administration and Payroll area; including legislation of discipline for country served, SSC experience highly desirable, Must stay current in relevant regulations, Fluency in English and Polish, Other languages would be an asset, Experience with HR Cloud Systems highly desirable, preferably SAP SuccessFactors, Experience with SAP HR/HCM – Personnel Administration and Payroll-related infotypes and transactions.
