What will your job be?

• Searching for valuable personnel: creating a description and placing a vacancy on all possible job search resources; monitoring reviews and the relevance of vacancies;
• Independent search of the best candidates;
• Organization and conducting of interviews with candidates;
• Permanent cocommunication with heads of all departments regarding recruitment, interviews, interns, etc.;
• Resolving other personnel issues;
• Work in CRM Bitrix24 and 1C.

It is important for us that you:

• Spoken fluently in Ukrainian;
• Had work experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
• Loved people and working with them;
• Had a desire to grow and develop in this area.
