In connection with the scaling of projects, the team is looking for a purposeful and empathetic HR manager who will be able to take on the full management and construction of HR processes.

Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position from 1 year;

- Ability to use resources for employment (Linkedin, Djinni, DOU, Telegram channels and others);

- High level of communication skills ;

- Proactivity and result orientation; 

- Stress resistance and multitasking;< /p>

- Ability to set priorities and effective time management skills;

Responsibilities:
- Description of HR processes and collection of necessary information for their implementation; 

- Full cycle of personnel selection (screening resumes, telephone interviews, interviews , sending a job-offer);

- Conduct one-to-one meetings and participate in writing development strategies for colleagues and identify potential growth areas;

- Help in the adaptation of new colleagues and support employee along his life cycle;

- Support of the HR brand and corporate culture of the employer;

- Cooperation with the company management at all levels to determine the needs in personnel selection, clarification of requests, organization of the process accordingly to company procedures;

- Work with staff involvement and motivation;

- Candidate support at all stages of the recruiting process;

- Building a motivational base for employees;< /p>

- Reporting (current, regular);
