We are a dynamically developing vape shop chain and we are currently looking for a specialist to take over the full cycle of talent management. We need a person who does not just "close vacancies", but builds a team that shares the drive of our brand.
We are looking for a specialist who:
Has experience in recruitment of 1 year or more (retail experience will be a plus).
Able to work with different profiles: from office positions to responsible employees
Owns direct search tools and alternative sources (LinkedIn, Telegram, professional communities).
Understands that recruiting is not just reviewing resumes, but selling the company’s opportunities to the best candidates.
Your tasks:
Full selection cycle: Forming a job profile, search, screening, conducting interviews and accompanying the candidate until the moment of starting work (Job Offer).
Adaptation: Supervision of newcomers in the first month of work (office and warehouse), feedback collection.
Analytics: Maintaining the candidate database and reporting on the selection funnel.
Market Mapping: Market monitoring labor and wage levels in our segment.
