HR / Recruiter in Golden-Pharm

Hello! We are the company Golden Pharm, which has been successfully operating in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics market since 1998. Our main direction is the production and sale of medical cosmetics, sports nutrition, health products and herbal teas. We value professionalism, responsibility and strive to grow together with our team. We are actively developing and looking for an enterprising Recruitment Manager to join the team.

Main responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruitment: from application to vacancy closing

• Search for candidates for positions: sales, marketing, logistics, office and management roles

• Conduct initial interviews (online/offline)

• Cooperation with department heads regarding requirements for candidates

• Formation and management of the candidate database

• Supporting candidates during the adaptation phase

• Participation in the development of HR processes and the company’s HR brand

Requirements for candidate:

• Experience as a recruiter / HR manager from 1 year

• Experience in recruitment in retail, e-commerce, FMCG or related areas will be an advantage

• Knowledge of modern recruiting tools and channels

• High communication skills and leadership skills negotiations

• Self-organization, responsibility, result-oriented

• Willingness to work in a comfortable office

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
