HR project manager (experience in the formation of business processes and organizational development)

Purpose of the position: Form (codify) all business processes (business functions) in the management company with a register of business processes (organizational development): where there is a business process owner, business process executor, function executor and function description.

Responsibilities:

• Form a business process register (business coding processes): goal, purpose, function.
• Delineate goals, tasks, regulations, functions of units;
• Actively interact with business process managers, for a deeper understanding of the list of business processes, business functions;
• Form (structure) all regulatory documents from which it will be clear: who, when, how, functionally performs the function (So that there is no confusion as to which position is specifically responsible for this task, and there is no duplication functions).
• Verification: That there is a responsible person for each business process (business function), and all business functions that perform key tasks are described).
• Interaction with the owner for each business function and business task.
