HR process analyst(internal auditor)

Functional duties:

• Conducting audits of HR functions of operating companies
• Preparation of HR analytics within the framework of audits. Formation of conclusions and recommendations
• Evaluation of motivation systems
• Conducting analytics on the main HR functions
• Conducting HR surveys (eNPS, etc.)
• Participation in: FOP budgeting, motivation systems, labor market reviews.

Requirements:

• Higher education preferably in economics or personnel management
• Experience with similar functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency:
• Microsoft Excel, - expert level
• Power Point
• Google Sheets
