Your duties will include:

• The complete process of recruiting candidates and maintaining a database of candidates.
• Selecting and searching for candidates for open positions, including posting vacancies, processing resumes, conducting telephone interviews and arranging interviews.
• Coordinating communication with candidates during of the entire recruitment process.
• Conduct and control training and adaptation of personnel.
• Introduction of innovations and modernization of the candidate training system.
• Regular monitoring of the labor market on various resources

• Organization of corporate events and employee greetings.
• Reporting on work performed and ensuring a transparent hiring process.

You< strong>can do candidate:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 6 months of work experience in HR, who is able to successfully close vacancies of various levels of complexity and possesses developed analytical and organizational skills. You should also be responsible, experienced in conducting interviews and be able to work with different platforms and social networks to find employees. Google Sheets skills a must, CRM skills a plus.
