HR People Partner (RnD, administration) in Frontline Robotics

Frontline Robotics is a Ukrainian defense tech company. We develop and create robotic systems for the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Since 2023, our team has been working on an integrated robotic defense ecosystem. Our products already include the Lens bomber drone, the Zoom reconnaissance UAV, the Burya robotic turret, and the Hertz robot control module. All of them are adopted by the military and work on the battlefield.

Our mission is to create a new generation of massive and reliable robots that will replace as many people as possible in the most dangerous areas of the front. People should fight with the help of robots.

Currently, we need a HR People Partner in the team - a person who will lead and implement HR processes in the RnD and administration teams.

• You have experience in a similar position;
• You have an education in the field of psychology or management;
• You can listen, hear and find a common language with different people;
• You have both analytical and creative thinking;
• You quickly adapt to changes and are not afraid of challenges;
• You like to take the initiative and see things through.

Future tasks:

• organization of the first working day for the employee;
• maintenance of onboarding plans, creation and updating of the handbook;
• participation in registration together with the HR inspector;
• management of adaptation, 1-1 meetings, medians and closing of the trial period;
• implementation of HR metrics, questionnaires for employees;
• support of career development of employees, search and organization of trainings, trainings;
• participation in the formation of the company's HR strategy.
