That is why we need an HR People Partner for one of our Guru Apps businesses, who will become a reliable partner for each of our colleagues. In this role, you will lead the full life cycle of employees and closely cooperate with the HR Business Partner. Guru Apps business teams are growing rapidly and it is extremely important for us to maintain this pace, while having a focus on improving and adapting HR processes. We are looking for a partner who fully shares our values ​​- learn more about them in this article. Your areas of responsibility in this role: Managing the full employee life cycle. Working on attracting, motivating and retaining employees. Conducting regular 1:1 with employees to build and improve working relationships. Support and improvement of existing HR processes. Conducting employee reviews. Monitoring the social climate in teams and providing recommendations for its improvement. Work with HR analytics. Work on requests from stakeholders, in collaboration with HR BP. Support of corporate culture. What for us important: 2+ years of experience in the HR field, in particular from 2 years in IT companies in the positions of HR manager, HR PP, HR Generalist. Experience in managing the full life cycle of an employee in IT companies (the number of people for whom I was responsible as HR — at least 70 people). Experience in the development and implementation of HR tools. The ability to conduct high-quality 1-1 meetings, help employees solve work issues and provide quality feedback. The ability to find a common language and build long-term relationships with employees and teams. Your superpower — the ability to switch between the contexts of different teams, while keeping focus on priorities. Independence, multitasking and the ability to adapt to different business needs. High level of self-organization, business orientation, time management and initiative. English — Strong Intermediate or higher. Will be an advantage: Work experience in product IT companies.
