Howly is a Ukrainian multi-product company in the venture builder SKELAR. We build products for users in the global market of professional servicesCurrently we have 5 Products1 - Technical consulting service2 - Legal services3 - Document editor4 - Resume builder5 - Builder of legal documentsAbout the product and traction: In 3 years, we have launched 5 products and are actively expanding. During this time, the team has grown to 300+ people, and we are building products here in Ukraine for users in international markets. We provide high-quality and accessible service for customers 24/7 and continue to grow. Market: We build global products in which the majority of users are in tier-1 markets Team: we have a team of real professionals in their field. Our leaders came from large Western and Ukrainian companies: McKinsey, Bolt, Mastercard, EY, Innovecs, Arzinger, Roosh, etc. What Tasks Await Our People Partner— Support of all employee life cycle processes.— Conducting 1:1 with employees for building and improving working relationships.— Support and improvement of existing HR processes.— Support of the employee evaluation process.— Support of corporate culture.— Work with the calculation and analysis of HR metrics.— Work on attraction, motivation and retention of employees.— Conducting Health Checks to understand social processes in the team and provide recommendations for improvements. What is important to us:— 1.5+ years of experience in the position of HR Generalist/People Partner.— Knowledge of building processes and ELC support.— Working with the calculation and analysis of HR metrics.— Project management skills.— Basic knowledge of building a corporate culture.— Ability to work with Excel at a level no lower than average.— English at the level not lower than B2.— Initiative and willingness to work on a wide range of HR issues.— Organization and systematicity.— Excellent oral and written communication skills. strengthening your expertise.
