Main tasks:

Conducting analytical studies of the state of the labor market and analysis of the company's competitiveness in the market;Development and implementation of salary forks based on the analysis of the labor market;Support of annual and individual salary revisions employee salaries: analysis of current conditions compared to the market and preparation of revision proposals; Writing and support of business requirements for automation of payroll processes in the system; Development, implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies and programs; Support for monthly and annual budgeting and planning of the FOP; in the positions of C&B Manager, HR Business Partner from 2 years;Experience of working in a company with a staff of +500 employees (IT will be an advantage);Understanding the principles of grading and evaluation of positions;< /li>Ability to work with large amounts of information;Proficiency in Excel - advanced user (complex formulas, summary tables);Experience with 1C and Power BI (will be an advantage );
