HR People Partner in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.
 

Now we are looking for a People Partner.

A little more about the HR team: This is a team that is convinced that SKELAR in 5 years is the result of our actions already from today, starting with working on the potential of the team, effective processes and, of course, the development of a highly effective culture. Currently there are 10 HR specialists in the team, and there are plans to expand further.

What challenges await:
— Interaction with infrastructure teams (50+ people );
— Implementation, improvement and optimization of HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Feedback ecosystem;
— Conducting HR studies, surveys, analysis of results and improvement of processes based on them;
— Development and implementation of a bonus motivational system for employees;
— Consultation of employees on HR policies, procedures and processes;
— Organization of informal events and educational trainings;
— Improvement of team communications.
 

What is important to us:
— 2+ years of experience in the position of People/Talent Partner; HR Specialist;
— You have experience working with teams and know how to work with people (build team communications, monitor team moods, select motivational tools);
— You have effective communication skills (you can negotiate, argue your point of view , find win-win solutions, work with feedback as a tool, manage communications at the team/work group level); you ask yourself the question "what problem are we solving?", you stick to deadlines);
— You act proactively and proactively (you take responsibility for yourself, offer new ideas, experiment in order to complete the work faster and/or improve the quality of the final result).< /p>

In addition to businesses, we are developing a charity fund SKELAR foundation from the employees of our venture builder to support the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
