HR People Partner | OneMedia

OneMedia is an international media ecosystem that is shaping a new era of performance marketing.

We are currently looking for an HR People Partner - a person who will become a key link between the team and the business and help develop a strong, engaged and effective team.

What will be in work:

• be the main point of contact between the team and management
• conducting 1:1 meetings, eNPS and Performance Review
• identifying problems in team interaction and helping to solve them
• support onboarding and adaptation of new employees
• supporting HR processes: assessment, development, involvement
• forming HR analytics and initiating improvements

The main task is to develop the team and build effective interaction between people and business.

Our expectations:

• experience in the position of HR / HR People Partner / HR BP from 6 months
• strong communication skills
• ability to work with HR analytics (eNPS, 360°, OKR / KPI)
• focus on both people and business results
• experience in digital / iGaming / affiliate
• psychological education will be a plus
