• Helping new employees to quickly adapt and feel part of the Promodo team

• Monitoring employee satisfaction and engagement style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Organization and coordination of the process of training and development of personnel (internal and external)

• Supporting the dismissal process

• Development of corporate culture and ensuring effective interaction within teams with support

• Has 3 years of HR Generalist or HR RR work experience

• He deeply understands HR processes and the role of HR RR in business

• Has successful experience working with managers of various levels — from novice leaders to C-level

• Has experience in providing a full cycle of HR processes

• Has a high level of emotional intelligence, independently finds solutions and takes responsibility

• Has the ability to predict prospects and different ways of development of the situation, as well as the behavior of employees.

• Has experience working with teams of various sizes 

• Able to build good relationships with employees individually and with teams as a whole

• Has coaching skills, positive thinking and communication skills
