We are now looking for an HR People Partner who will become a true partner for teams and managers, help develop people, improve processes and shape healthy, engaged environment.

Who we are looking for

We are expanding our team of professional HR People Partners, so we are currently looking for a proactive HR specialist ready for challenges who:

  • has experience in the positions of HR Manager / HR Generalist;

  • has worked with teams of 100 employees (including remote teams) and has a good understanding of the full life cycle employee;

  • has successful experience in development and implementation of HR tools;

  • has strong communication skills and is able to provide constructive feedback;

  • knows and appliesevaluation methods employee engagement and satisfaction (surveys, eNPS, etc.);

  • demonstrates a high level of self-organization, responsibility and time management;

  • thinks business-oriented, is able to analyze situations and offer effective solutions.

Your area of responsibility

  • Managing the full life cycle of employees (onboarding, adaptation, development, offboarding).

  • Building long-term partnerships with teams and employees.

  • Conducting regular 1:1s to improve interaction, engagement and productivity.

  • Monitoring social climate in teams and making recommendations for its improvement.

  • Working with HR analytics: analysis of metrics, forecasting, initiation of changes and improvements.

  • Support and development of the HR brand and corporate culture.

  • Support and development of new managers, formation of quality management in teams.

  • Participation in the selection of candidates at the final stages of interviews.

  • Involvement in HR projects (optimization of processes, new initiatives, automation).
