Experience you need:

• 2+ years in the IT industry as People Partner, HR Manager, HR Generalist, Business Partner;

• Experience in iGaming, or related niches. p>

• The level of English that allows you to freely conduct written and spoken communication with English-speaking employees and create new policies;

• Deep understanding of People management — from onboarding to exit interview;

• Adjustment of HR strategy;

• Full management of company documentation;

• Proficient in Google Sheets;

• Broad understanding of various HR systems and approaches for building HR processes, such as 1:1, performance review, balanced scorecard, etc.;

• Owning various HR CRM;

• Collection and analysis of metrics that directly demonstrate performance and affect the final result;

• Experience in implementing L&D systems.

• Adaptation of new employees;
