Responsibilities:

  • Work with the HRM system: enter and update employee data, ensure that all data is correct and relevant.
  • Implement, support and improve the main HR practices in the company: onboarding, retention, training, performance management & evaluation, offboarding, events.
  • Build and maintain trust and partnership relationships with every employee of the company.
  • Act from the position of a coach and help find the best solutions at the intersection of the interests of the employee and business.
  • Participate in HR initiatives and implement them in life.
  • Evaluate ideas/projects from the point of view of HR opportunities and risks.
  • Organize various events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of HR from 2 years.
  • Experience in the field of IT will be a plus.
  • Successful experience in construction/optimization/adaptation HR processes (onboarding, performance management, training and development, C&B).
  • Experience in organizing off/online educational and entertainment events of character.
  • Flexibility and quick adaptation to changes.
  • Developed empathy.
  • Planning and organization at a high level.
  • Orientation towards needs of business.
  • Communicability, curiosity and proactivity.
  • Organization, independence.
